Sixth Doctor- Portrayed by Colin Baker
The Sixth Doctor- he is a bit different from his previous incarnations in many aspects. He wears brightly colored and mismatched clothes and has an overbearing comes to his senses. He encounters villains like Master, Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans and also with his own second incarnation. He is a little egoistic, as he sees himself to be the most perfect of all the incarnations. He is a very confident person but with mood swings. In fact, sometimes he behaves like a manic and also displays superiority complex. He is the only one, who is capable of repairing and operating Chameleon circuit in TARDIS. After his efforts, now the TARDIS can change its shape to suit the surroundings unlike the fixed form of a police box. He has a passion to do what is right and is determined in his universal battles against evil. When the TARDIS is attacked by an old enemy Rani, the sixth doctor gets injured and regenerates into the seventh incarnation. The exact cause of his reincarnation is never shown.
